We have always been a race of discoverers and seekers – we have searched continents for anything from material wealth to health and to much extent we have been quite successful. In places where we could not get health; we made sure to get that by utilizing material wealth in such cases – like using oil as a source of energy for everything! Chlorella is one such discovery that has been identified as one of the most nutritive natural products to have ever been found.

What is the Myth of Chlorella?

Chlorella is actually an algae – it has graced the earth since the beginning of its inception and is older than the human race altogether! But haven’t we been taught not to eat stale food (chlorella being super-stale, seemingly!)? Rest assured, there is nothing such as a stale thing with such nutritious source of vital vitamins, nutrients and proteins. It is a living cell actually and has been reproducing rapidly for the past 2.5 billion years! And like all good old fossilized things, chlorella is also a storehouse of powerful energy. Just to take an account of things, chlorella in its pure form has been found to have close to 60% protein of its total weight. That means, naturally it is one of the richest sources of protein ever found.

The good part about the protein found in chlorella is that it has all the essential amino acids in polypeptide chains in it. That straightaway means – you’re getting the purest and richest form of natural protein. Unlike protein powders and shakes where you get a mixture of synthesized proteins from an artificial process, chlorella has none of that; and the best things as we know, come natural! It also has one important pigment – chlorophyll, whose concentration is the highest amongst all plants! Chlorophyll is not only a coloring pigment in plants but has great immunity-boosting properties for humans as well. Overall, this is the best natural source of a rich variety of complex natural elements, better than the amount of meat we eat to cover our daily protein intake.

Creating healthy life is actually easy since it depends on our daily behavior. If you do not have enough time for exercising in gym or doing yoga, you can make it through foods or your eating behavior. And cooking process does affect the health quality of food.

Vegetables are healthy food, but you should know that they are no longer healthy when you do not cook them properly. For your diet, you often consume vegetables only, without any bread or potato as the supplies of carbohydrate. You think that the most dangerous and most fattening are the bread and potato themselves. But, you cook the vegetables with much butter, salt, oil, and sugar. It means that you lie to yourself!

Cooking is the most important process in creating healthy dishes. Some people prefer eating raw foods than the cooked ones because they think the raw is richer in nutrition as it does not evaporate during the cooking process. It is good, but you do not know how hygiene these ingredients are.

You should believe that healthy food is not only about diet. Healthy dishes need creativity, so you can watch TV, or read cookbooks to get some recipes. Cookbooks are now easy to find in bookstores. Healthy cooking recipes will help you both excess pounds and prevent illnesses.

One thing you should consider when cooking is the use of some ingredients. Watch the amount of cooking oil that you use, since we are often not aware of how much cooking oil we use in making a dish. By limiting the use, or changing it with olive oil, you will succeed your diet.
